doesnt open....dont hold your breath waiting for a fix...these developers dont give two craps wether this works or not

All it says is "aim Sphero" like shut up

To all the negative reviews: the app crashing is a problem. Theres nothing I can do about that. But before you blame the app for problems you might be having, learn how the controls work. This app functions off either a quick play or a course setting. Depending on how big your course is, I recommend selecting the 20 x 20 course. Now, after making the course, you need to connect a Sphero. The whole point is to have one to play golf with. THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE APP. Now, after the course starts, you put your Sphero down, and press and hold the small blue button. This should make a blue light appear on Sphero. Rotate your thumb around the screen to get the blue light to move. Point it in the opposite direction of the hole. Now select a club (bottom left button) and use the slider on the right to adjust power. Then follow the instructions for either control method (I recommend swipe). If playing on the course mode, swipe the thing at the top to complete the hole. AFTER EVERY SHOT YOU CAN RE-AIM SPHERO USING THE BLUE BUTTON. As for my actual review, this app functions perfectly for what I need it to. Theres a small putting green across the street from me, and its the perfect size for the large course setting. Aiming could be a bit more precise though as all my shots seem to go either just left or just right. The scorecard is nice. If possible, an option to link the phone with another phone controlling another Sphero for multiplayer (or just linking to 2 Spheros at a time) would be nice. I have never had a crash, and the app runs well. It could be a little more user intuitive.

I got a BB-8 robot thinking I was getting a Sphero that doubled as BB-8. However, several apps, including this, do not support it.

Please add BB-8 support to this app and all other Sphero apps!!!
